Krav Maga Force North Carolina is dedicated to providing specialized self-defense training in Krav Maga for civilians (ages 13 and older) and law enforcement personnel. Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense system that is simple, realistic, easy to learn, and extremely efficient; it teaches students how to avoid, prevent, address, and defend against violent encounters.

Self-defense course

Civilian Self-Defense Course teaches participants how to keep themselves safe during an attack, take back their dignity, and maintain confidence in an ever increasing violent society.

This course teaches standing and ground defense, control techniques, defense against weapons, and combat fitness while strengthening a Krav Maga mindset. â€‹â€‹

T.O.P. Safety Survival Course provides participants with tactical skills and training to help respond quickly and appropriately and apply justified, reasonable levels of force, especially under stress.​​​

Total Officer Protection

Instructor Course

T.O.P. Instructor Course consists of instructional drills and concepts across two intense levels of training (approximately 80 hours total). This course is physically and mentally challenging and unlike any other course participants may have attended before.

Instructors will learn reality based techniques and drills and must successfully pass a practical assessment.  â€‹
